Fill a PDF form online and save it
Government, immigration, school and job application forms often come as fillable PDFs. This tool detects the real form fields in your PDF - text boxes, checkboxes and dropdowns - lets you type your answers, and saves a completed copy. If a PDF has no fillable fields, the tool tells you plainly instead of pretending.
How to do it
- Add your fillable PDF form.
- Type into each field shown.
- Click Fill and Save and download the completed form.
Common questions
Why does it say my PDF has no fields?
Some PDFs look like forms but are flat pages or scans with no built-in fields. Those cannot be typed into directly - the Add Text tool can stamp answers onto a page instead.
Should I flatten the form after filling?
Many portals prefer it. Flattening locks your answers into the page so they cannot be changed - there is a separate Flatten PDF tool for that.
Are my answers uploaded?
No. Filling happens in your browser and your data never leaves your device.
