      Compress a picture to exact pixels and exact KB
      

      Immigration, visa and passport uploads are strict: an exact pixel size and a maximum file size in KB. This tool was built for that. Type the exact width and height in pixels your application asks for, set the maximum file size, choose fit or crop-to-fill, and get a JPG, PNG or WebP that matches. Common presets like 600x600 and 35x45 mm at 300 DPI are one tap away - always check your own application's official numbers first, because they differ by country and program.
      

      How to do it

      Common questions
      

      What if my photo must be exactly 600x600?
      Choose the exact pixels option. Fit mode keeps the whole photo inside the box, and crop-to-fill fills the box exactly - pick the one your application expects.
      Can it hit an exact KB cap like 240 KB?
      Yes, type any size, for example 240 KB. The tool lowers quality first, then scale, and reports the final size honestly.
      Are my photos uploaded?
